Withdraw of Occupation Pension
You can buyback (withdraw) your occupation pension (Tjänstepension ) in Sweden anytime but it needs to meet a certain condition

Total amount in that particular pension fund shall be less than 1 PBB ( Year 2024 it’s 57 300 Kr & year 2025 its 58 800 Kr)

Your Pension company and Pension agreements need to approve it (ITP Pension agreement doesn’t allow to withdraw )

Remember the owner (Policyholder) of this pension is NOT you, it’s your employer who paid this money 😊
This shall be helpful to many expats who move to Sweden for a shorter time and have a small amount of occupational pension in Sweden
or
For people who have an extra pension or Lönevaxling which is outside ITP1 , can also be withdrawn if the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
