General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Disclaimer & Scope of Service

Personal Finance Sweden AB provides educational materials, courses, lectures, mentoring, and coaching.

  • No Financial Advice: The information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute formal financial, investment, or tax advice.
  • No Liability: Personal Finance Sweden AB disclaims all responsibility for direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of provided materials.
  • Skatteverket: All final tax decisions rest solely with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
  • Investment Risk: Investing involves risk. Historical returns are no guarantee of future results. Capital invested may increase or decrease in value; there is no guarantee you will recover the full amount invested.

2. Video Courses & Digital Content

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt): In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (video courses) once the participant has paid for the course or gained access to the material. By purchasing the course and accessing the platform, the customer explicitly consents to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Access Duration: Each course has a specific access period stated at registration. If no period is specified, access is limited to a maximum of three (3) months from the date the access email is sent.

3. Mentoring Appointments

Binding Registration: A booking is binding once payment is received. Personal Finance Sweden AB reserves the right to cancel an appointment if it is assessed that the prerequisites for a successful session are not met. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Rebooking Policy

Registration is for a specific, fixed time slot only. Personal Finance Sweden AB does not offer a rebooking service. If you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment, you must follow the cancellation process. Once a booking is made online, the time cannot be moved or rescheduled to a different date.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 96 hours (4 days) before the appointment: You are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.
  • Cancellations made within 96 hours of the appointment: No refund will be issued. The cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the booking value, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned to another client at short notice.
  • No-Shows: If you do not attend the scheduled meeting ("no-show"), the full fee is forfeited, and no refund or rebooking will be provided.
  • Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt): In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of booking. However, if you book an appointment that is scheduled to occur within these 14 days, you explicitly consent to the service being initiated and acknowledge that the right to a refund is forfeited once the session has begun or the 96-hour "late cancellation" window has passed.

6. Right to Refuse Participation

We reserve the right to terminate an agreement or refuse further participation if a participant behaves inappropriately. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Offensive language, harassment, or threats towards staff or other participants.
  • Disruptive behaviour on the course site, social media, or private communication channels. If access is terminated on these grounds, no refund will be issued, and the participant may be barred from all future activities with Personal Finance Sweden AB.
